Do you provide return postage ?

Not at the moment  . We are looking into introducing this service.  We supply a self addressed label.

How do I know if my order has been accepted.

You will receive a confirmation email.

I haven't received my sat nav and I am due to leave for my holiday in 3 days.

Please call or email us and we will send out another unit.

I have received the sat nav but an accessory is missing / incorrect .

Please call or email us and we can send out a replacement item.

We may be late back / or we have extended our holiday.
